The project included the DNO replacement of a single-phase transformer with a new two phase transformer.  We were responsible for the installation of:

• A new 3 phase distribution board
• 113 solar photovoltaic panels
• 36kWh of battery storage
• All cabling and meters to connect the panels and storage to the grid

An earlier phase of the Ty Pant refurbishment installed a Ground Source Heat Pump (GSHP), supplying all the heating and hot water, a new well pump and water treatment system.  The GSHP is electricity intensive, and this was one of the main drivers for installing the Solar and batteries.
